Why we built Preppal
We've been on both sides of the interview table. As hiring managers, we've conducted hundreds of interviews and seen the same pattern: talented people who could do the job, but couldn't show it in the interview. Not because they weren't qualified, but because they hadn't practiced.
The problem wasn't knowledge—it was experience. You can read every interview tip online, but if you haven't actually practiced speaking your answers out loud, handling follow-up questions, and managing nerves, you're not prepared.
We built Preppal to give everyone access to realistic practice. No expensive coaches. No awkward asks to friends. Just a practice partner that's always available, gives honest feedback, and helps you improve.
